19yo when drinking, very good glass, dense fruit but with secondary hints, truffle, porcini, earthy, Great combination with stuffed portobellos topped with gorgonzola — 2 months ago
Pretty and quite approachable at this young age. Aromas of rose petal, red cherry, raspberry, and tar. Light tobacco and dried herbs also on the palate, with fresh acidity and elegant refined tannins.
The 2020 vintage in Piedmont seems to be quite open and expressive early, but age worthy as well. — 3 months ago
Incredible wine! A bouquet of excellence with dark fruit, good acidity and well integrated tannins. Approachable, but i would definitely try another wine of a different vintage. A must try again. — a month ago

Lovely wine for a family barbecue, bright color, cherry & berry fruit. — 3 months ago
More time in the bottle would likely elevate my rating, per other reviews below…
WS: 94. Stitched with pure cherry and raspberry fruit, this red is supple and fragrant, showing lovely harmony. Mineral, tar and eucalyptus accents add detail. There's plenty of structure, with vibrant acidity and refined tannins focusing the finish. Elegant, with the potential to develop over the next two decades. Best from 2027 through 2045. 5,800 cases made, 4,000 cases imported.
JS: 93. There is a rustic, iron-like, rugged quality to this full-bodied and firmly tannic wine that will mellow somewhat with time. But enjoy it for the balsam, tar and red cherry aromas that lead to a meaty, mineral palate. Best from 2027. — 2 months ago
Ruby/ brick in color with medium intensity.
Beautiful nose with blue and red fruits, caramel, light oak, cooked cherries, red currants and tobacco leaf.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, spices, light oak, earth, chocolates, tobacco, espresso and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 10 year old Barolo is still fresh and vibrant. Delicious and easy drinking with a great mouthfeel. Complex and well balanced. Tangy and interesting.
Already drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 20 years and beyond.
Gorgeous, elegant and robust. A great sipping wine to share with friends and talk about.
100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 6 years.
14% alcohol by volume.
93 points.
