The Lowdown in T-Town. Neat = High heat but very good caramel flavors. Rich. Lingering smooth caramel; not cloying at all. Then with big rock = smooths flavors out and introduces an almost peppermint flavor(?!). Surprisingly good and interesting. Nice burn. Flavors are unique, but it’s good. Rec by sommelier at Ava June. Dark berries, with a floral base. Good with the pork schnitzel, which was awesome. Elissa has steak frites and didn’t like the floral flavor as much, but that’s not her thing. — 21 days ago
