Every day, Once a day. High heat neat. A big rock brings out some hearty bourbon flavors but still a little hot for my preferred style. — a month ago
Excellent brouilly. Ate with turkey burgers, Brie and French baguette and island creek octopus. Very eclectic meal. But more from Parkhill — a month ago
Drank pre-chef dinner at telluride house. Light, bright red fruit but smooth and ready to drink. Raspberry. Good charcuterie red. — 8 days ago
The Lowdown in T-Town. Neat = High heat but very good caramel flavors. Rich. Lingering smooth caramel; not cloying at all. Then with big rock = smooths flavors out and introduces an almost peppermint flavor(?!). Surprisingly good and interesting. Nice burn. Flavors are unique, but it’s good. Occasional sipper. — a month ago
Blueberry, blackberry, strawberry. Very flavorful. Medium-light finish. Lighter barolo. Very good with lofi pizza for dad, Elissa, and me. Would be higher score if stronger finish. — a month ago
Rec by sommelier at Ava June. Dark berries, with a floral base. Good with the pork schnitzel, which was awesome. Elissa has steak frites and didn’t like the floral flavor as much, but that’s not her thing. — 21 days ago
Very good with my tavern burger (mushrooms, Stilton, lettuce). Good berries with a hint of earthiness. Light but long berry finish. — a month ago

Drank with pizza and left over chili at house with crew. Really good red fruit. Slightly rich but smooth. Good with food and without. — 6 days ago
