Briny, crisp, addictive!! — 2 months ago
2015 vintage. Sampled from Coravin. Medium body. The monstrous tannins tamed somewhat...as they meet a decade+. Absolutely, top-notch nose. If you both respect the exuberance of youth and celebrate the wisdom of age, this is for you. A fascinating, case study currently. 6.24.26. — 2 months ago
A real favorite. What a value — 4 months ago
So underrated and punching way above its weight class. Bit more delicate and pure than your high end Boudreaux. Perfect for seaside dinners. Great vintage too. — 8 months ago
This was the start of a grand evening. With Maggie and Gerard and Mark and Sherri and Cindy. Two bottles at Gerard's most wonderful Cave — 9 years ago
Phenomenal wine. Tannins are completely softened with dark fruits. Incredibly enjoyable. The 2009 still going strong 17 years later. This can easily stay in bottle another 5-10 years. — 2 months ago
Smooth slight pineapple but not too tart. Buttery, but not too sweet. Refined. — 2 months ago

Second & last of my bottles. Wonderful, while ready to drink still has plenty of years ahead of it. — 5 months ago
Opened just prior to dinner. The 2007 pours a dark ruby/garnet color with a near opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining and loads of sediment. On the nose, the wine is vinous with notes of BBQ Lay’s potato chips (fight me), prunes, dried brambles, leather, organic earth and mixed spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium acid. It doesn’t taste like BBQ Lay’s but the fruit is definitely more of the dried/desiccated side. The finish is medium. Drink now. — 7 months ago

2023. Complex red fruit, floral, herbal, mineral, almost savory and saline. Opened to have while preparing dinner and with some caprese salad, but we ended up having some left to have with our grilled steak and asparagus with which it paired surprisingly well. — 2 months ago
Pleasant, dry and gentle Rasberries. — 4 months ago
2006 was special - had at PB. — 6 months ago
No idea how old this is (QR code on back gives a 404) but it’s fantastic — 7 months ago

One of the best rose. More floral than berries, semi dry, — 9 months ago
Everything you could possible want in a dry rosé; clean, elegant, great acidity and textured perfectly to match the fruit weight. — 11 years ago

The label I read showed 2019, my host assured me that it was 2021.
The 2021 coming along nicely and showing some beautiful development. Because of its nice integration, I believe this really was 2019. 🤷♂️ — 2 months ago
