2 hour decant. Shredded cork. Filtered the wine.
Wow. This was just gorgeous and smooth. Tannins very well integrated and the fruit was excellent.

Cork came out perfect.
Blasted it with wine2pro for some oxygen and then it really became expressive within about 30 mins.
Good grip and dark structure. Showed some savory notes

Solid wine. Cork fully intact. Decanted for about 1.5-2 hours. Good grip and mix of savory flavors. Fruit was not quite popping but reserved. Good with steak. — 21 days ago
Wow. This blanc de noirs was wild
Hits you right in the face at the first sip with bright and expressive flavors. Some strawberry and other red fruits.
A little sweetness (which is fascinating for zero dosage ) that came across as cotton candy to me.

Used the Durand on the cork - soaked to the edge. Decanted for 2 hours.
This wine had some gaminess. Smooth. Fruit was a bit wild and overpowered by the savory flavors.
Paired well with the chicken skewers and onions. Needed complex flavors in the food to pair well.

Opened and decanted for 2 hours before dinner and then really only opened up and truly hit expectations around the 3rd hour when paired with wagyu strip steaks.
This wine was savory tightly wound and tannic at first. Didn’t show much fruit until after the long decant and then it really changed.
With time, the fruits shown through with great complexity and great balance for the savory elements. — 15 hours ago
