Smells like winter ❄️ menthol, apple, toasty, creamy, touch of honey on the nose. The taste lemongrass, rose petal... Gives you a silky tongue 🌹😛 — 11 years ago
Strawberries, ripe raspberries, pepper, earth tones… really good glad I have a few more bottles! — 4 years ago
Juicy. Yummy. Great for price. $14. — 6 years ago

Very nice Aussie Riesling! Lots of citrus and honey notes. Some notes of slate. Very pleasant. — 10 years ago
Happy Halloween! Really starting to come around. Nice lift, minerality, really good streak of acidity, and that signature Hyde fruit. Will buy more to throw in cellar. — 11 years ago
Worth putting down. More concentration than zip. Intense pear action with a great dancing minerality. Layers of mandarin and lemony cream. Great creamy mouthfeel. If you close your eyes, you can smell the eucalyptus trees from the property. — 12 years ago
Heavy Chardonnay. Very buttery. From Bin 608 in Baltimore — 13 years ago
One of my favorite cabs. Wonderfully balanced complexity, silky mouth feel, a bit chewy with a delightful finish. Put it up for a couple of years if you can wait. — 9 months ago
This Couer had plenty of “Heart” as promised by Hall.
Paired well with our steak, salad and twice baked potato. — 9 months ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay. — a year ago
Superb complexity and depth. — 8 years ago
Went to a tasting and have not tasted the ‘13 in over a year, aged well, consistent notes. Dark Ruby with complex aromas of black and red fruits with herb and floral scents. From Dijon clones, palate shows a great arrangement of fruits, sweet cherry, raspberry, plum and blueberry. Aged on French Oak, this wine was well balanced, savory, lingering nicely ending with some cacao and black pepper. Aged well, has more room. Excellent!! — 9 years ago
Solidness, richness, purfumery, goodness — 10 years ago
Nasty good!! — 11 years ago
2005. A house favourite and one of the best expressions of New World Riesling which exists. The late release adds both a great story but the required time to make this superb wine really sing. — 11 years ago
Could use some more aging. More spice and more bold. Not as good as the 2010 — 13 years ago

Roasted pineapple, hazelnut, and a hint of citrus delivers a rebound of acidity within a rich palate. Creamy and broad with well integrated oak. — 8 months ago
