Cloudy with sedimentation in the bottle. Bright straw color in the glass with hints of crushed stone and island fruits on the noise. Fresh acidity on the taste as well as nectarines, papaya with a touch of oak. Long lingering finish. Paired with Cypress Grove Midnight Moon Goat Cheese.
