Incredible creamy minerality. The sea salt nose with a background of lemon zest turns into a wonderful creamy body and a crisp finish. Ohh my — a month ago

Trout Gulch Vineyard Chardonnay 2018

Displays a distinctive personality on the nose and palate. It’s a leanish, mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay. Hints of ginger and lanolin combine with taught acidity. Sweetness is light to moderate. Very little oak to talk about, mostly steely. This will partner perfectly with sushi, but it does need a wingman. — 2 months ago

Touriga Nacional Rosé 2021

Another solid vintage of this classic Rose’. This year’s blend is Touriga National (67%), Gamay Noir (21%), Tinta Cao (10%) and Grenache (2%). Much more Provencal in style than the past few vintages. Light salmon color. Intensely aromatic featuring white flowers, watermelon, strawberry, citrus and a hint of fresh cut grass. Nicely restrained pallet features watermelon, strawberry and lemon. Perfect balance and crisp acidity. I preferred prior vintages based on mostly Touriga National but this is still excellent. Thank You for sharing Kasey and Petey! — 3 months ago
