Imagine being a white Bordeaux wishing you’d been born in Burgundy. Sad. A huge dose of oak, little acidity. Starts with hints of nectarine but they’re drowned out by a bitter and vanilla finish. — 16 days ago
Leads with acidity but wants to be creamy too, like a vinaigrette. Lemon ? and pith and vanilla … too much vanilla. — 5 days ago
A hint of vanilla and lightly acidic lemon up front. Eventually finishes with mild acidity and faint bitterness. Not much evolution. Pleasant but maybe a bit dull. Better with fatty food that can bring out its acidity. — 18 days ago
It tastes like a light Chardonnay, and that’s why it’s not to my taste. Vanilla over no fruit, bitter pith there to walk me to the door. — 8 days ago
Starts with a pop of fruit (green grape or pear?) then slides into its true self: citrus pith bitterness and moderate vanilla. A bit of acidity. Liked it. — 21 days ago
