Complex, crisp and refreshing. Endless Harvest is very good American cider that reminds me of the best French styles. Restrained and dry, balanced and perfectly acidic. Tiny beautiful pink bubbles at 6% ABV. Get it when you can find it. — 9 months ago
Stunner of a right bank Bordeaux. Sensational fruit, menthol lights. Lush and soft. Wish we could have gone into the future and decanted it 6 hours earlier. Got better and better and better as we lingered over dinner and tried not to slam it. — 2 days ago
Beautiful Savigny. lush juicy fruit and savory. Aroma of framboise, cherry/cranberry and orange. A little wet earth and fungus, too. Perfectly ripe Burgundy, fresh and nuanced. Dead solid perfect with beef Wellington after a few bottles of fizzy dry Virtue Cider. — 4 months ago

Absolutely spectacular dry European style cider. Elegant fizz. Tremendous with pate and cheese course. Ripe Apple, a touch of citrus and tropical fruits. Also hints of dried fruit and wildflower honey. Highly recommend.
