Usually this wine needs some airtime to come into its own but this one was great

Good stone fruits and a bit of pineapple. Sweetness and oak without any sugar.

Bin allestrinker, allerdings mach ich einen kleinen bogen um gewisse weine. Eine davon: sauvignon blanc. Eine dieser seltenen ausnahmen kreiiert von Winning mit seinem Sauvignon Blanc I - birgundische fülle gepaart mit nussig, weichen vanillearomen, wenig gras, keine stachelbeeren sichtbar.
