Taking its name from the sea and sun – the two forces of nature that shape its character. Pale lemon, aromas of Stone and tropical fruits, with floral and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some fresh tuna! — 3 months ago
2015 vintage, well balanced light yellow in colour, flint and beautiful long finish. Superb Chassagne. — 2 years ago
Punchy and intense. Lime, saucy powerful honeyed notes. Really intense and reduced and long. Steely and sizzling with acidity. Impressive- almost like chassagne cordial. I presume will settle with time but enjoyable if bracing now. Excellent. — 2 months ago

Luscious and unctuous but not over the top syrupy. Perfumed and balanced; a delight with food like nuts, cheese and flatbread but also great on its own. Enjoyed the 2018 vintage in Vegas with William and Shari, celebrating our February birthdays. Happy Birthday to us! — 5 months ago
Citrus smell with a very buttery taste. Not my favorite Chardonnay, but still pretty good. — a year ago

Outstanding. Will have this open for 1/2 a day next time but this is a chunk fest — 15 days ago
