Very fresh and lively. Sweetish edge but good tannins and reasonably long. Can’t place what the fruit reminds me of right now, though. Not a berry, something else. — 22 days ago
Fresh, light fruit. Not overly complex but quite nice. — 4 days ago
Exceptional, the lightest hint of Syrah smoke, but a lot fruit forward blackberry and herbal bell pepper hints, loads of acidity, integrated tannins. — 7 days ago
Very deep, dark purple. Upon opening a hint of mild Brett? A bit like a band-aid, but that went away in a matter of minutes. Earthy herbal flavors predominate over fruit. Thyme, sage, rosemary. Meaty. Faint sour cherry and chocolate well in the background. Will need to revise in an hour once it has opened up more. — 16 days ago
Nice drinkable white. Not so memorable or distinctive but decent. — 22 days ago
Not like any Sake I’ve drank before. A rich almond aspect, almost marzipan like, with the plum sweetness underlying the profile. A really fascinating dessert wine. — 7 days ago
So fresh and full of red berry. Delicious — 7 days ago
Beautiful berry fruits, chocolate covered cherries, earthy leaves and soil and still strong but integrated tannins. Beautiful with steak frites. At Bistro de Paris. — 22 days ago

First bottle corked. Luckily able to pull another from the cellar to compare. What a difference! Great learning when you can compare. Black cherry, smooth, decent acidity, very soft tannins. First bottle was wet cardboard. — 2 days ago
