What I loved was the tension with the oak and butterscotch flavor and you literally think which will win, but it ends in citrus and tartness with just a bit of the sweetness. Perfect harmony. It’s somewhat like a rollercoaster. Good evens it out and rich food made it richer and seafood made it more tart. Interesting. I’d buy a bottle. At Caruso’s in Montecito.
