Clean! 2012 BBM is in a terrific place, all about richness and intensity with deep complex layers of butterscotch, spiced orchard fruit and candied white flowers laced with minerality. Medium light lemon yellow , touch of green . Quite a lot of struck match , quite young and reductive on the nose . Some ripe lemon hints , smoky yellow fruits , peach , apricot and honeysuckle. On the palate this is quite intense and structured with the citrus and yellow fruits mixed with a chalky notes . This has good length and extract and refreshing acidity with creamy mouthfeel , after a while becoming even more mineral and fresh with an intense finish. Showing pretty young still , needs a bit of time to wake up but lots of potential . Even better in 5 years or so and will last well a further 5 - 10 . — an hour ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2020 pours a bright straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with beautiful, lifted notes of ripe tropical fruit; pineapple, star fruit, passion fruit, lemon, freshly struck match, white flowers, gentle warm spices and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. This is an excellent village wine and love the style. Drink now through 2035. — 3 months ago

More or less the same aspect as the Pucelles, medium gold in colour . A lot more reserved and younger on the nose , more linear and mineral , seashell, light lemon and some white flowers . This is discreet , at least on the nose , on the palate however this is intense but linear and focused , with a touch of lemon oil , but mostly chalky mineral , seashell notes , long vibrant length . Really fresh and vital though there is good mouthfeel , just a hint of toastiness on the finish . Long and fine , fresh and still young . From now and over the next 5- 10 years . Also a late release from the domaine , with wax capsule and Diam cork. — 3 months ago
