Lovely Macon with serious more northern Bourgogne Blanc ambitions. Buttery lactic notes, ripe lemons, fresh acidity and mineral backbone; a well balanced wine nicely coming together at the moment. From magnum and paired with a dish of gray shrimps filled Jerusalem artichokes. — 3 months ago
Again a bit underwhelming this pycm bb. Don’t know what is it, missed power and persistence to impress. Feel like you have to really really concentrate while drinking to get all the nuances and finesse. Too bad because all his other wines I enjoyed where of the hook. — 4 months ago

Thick, powerful and intense but a bit too stewed and alcoholic for me. You can sense the complexity and depth but just not in balance. — 19 days ago
