Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay

A touch of honey. Some oyster shells, cool stone. Some of the syrupy tang of 2010. Great balance and long.

Not premoxed! Lovely nose of honey., chalk, white flowers. Intense on the palate. Lemon and rich sweet notes with a salinity and real length. Very good.

2010. Too young. Still bloody delicious.

Premoxed but not entirely unenjoyable.

Loaded with lemon curd goodness.

Beautiful. Got better and better as the night progressed. Will still be great in 10 years.
