Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

2021. Recommended by Paul to pair with our various entrées. This young Pinot had a great cherry cola aroma and we all loved it. Went great with my tea-smoked duck. — 3 months ago

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Birthday wine for my wife. This was my first bottle, absolutely amazing. Big ripe fruit with perfect acidity and tannins to match. Super structure. Black and blue fruit. Great mouthfeel, slightly dry. Nice finish. — 4 months ago

Columbia Valley Dry Rosé Blend 2021

New summer, new vintage to try. Pale salmon pink, excellent clarity. Nectarine note in nose, even when well chilled. Floral, nectarine and lemon flavors, blessedly dry, mineral finish with a touch of skin astringency. Love this wine! — 4 months ago

La Source Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2013

translucent garnet, watery rim; aromatics develop slowly, wild berries, dried cranberry, orange peel, mushrooms, hints of pine needles; light to medium body, dry, medium+ acidity, light tannin, 12.6% ABV; aged 16 months in 30% new French oak; a respectable and balanced wine from the rainy and uneven 2013 vintage — 4 months ago

Wahluke Slope Merlot

Cheap restaurant glass.

NOSE: dark berries and a little bbq spice. (?)

TASTE: not bad! Velvety blueberry and chocolate - but not the icky cheap red blend kind. 89.

Seven Springs Vineyard Gamay Noir 2019

At first it taste like any other higher end natty red wine. I would have believed it was Carignan or Pais no problem. But with air things came together and it’s started to actually taste like Gamay, with sweet red berries, pink peppercorn, and woodsy earth. High acid, long finish. Good, but not great. — 4 months ago
