Clear, medium ruby in appearance. On the nose, it has a clean, pronounced intensity with primary aromas of tart cherries, and blackberries; and secondary aromas of black pepper, licorice, and dried herbs. On the palate, it's dry, high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, light bodied, with pronounced primary and secondary flavors. Tastes like sour cherries, hibiscus, and tar with a medium finish.
