Balanced and aging well. — 2 months ago
Deep purple in color with a short purplish rim.
Beautiful nose with lots of chocolates and light earth notes.
Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black currants, cooked plums, cedar, tobacco, vanilla, dried figs, raisins, licorice, light earth, peppercorn, cola, spices and dark chocolates.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and crushed peppercorn.
This is a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley. Big and bold. Spicy and tangy. Showing nice complexity at this point.
This 6 year old is drinking beautifully now. Rich yet elegant. Extracted and easy drinking. Well balanced and really delicious.
A beautiful surprise. I had the 2016 a few years ago, and this is drinking much better now. I did not expect it from the 2017 vintage.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine. Robert Parker 93 points.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
15.2% alcohol by volume.
94 points.

This wine has a burnished look, deep brown. The nose is a treat all on its own. There are aromas of brown sugar, coffee and orange zest which combine for an amazing olfactory experience. The palate is just as joyful, with caramel, raisin and mocha notes. The acidity is fresh and exhilarating. Although the wine is described on the label as “cream,” it does not strike me as creamy. The viscosity is nice, though. It will pair well with dessert, or serve as one by itself. — 3 months ago
Excellent cab, very dark notes and fruits. Smoothed out the longer it was opened so the smoke and charcoal dissipated. Bought at smyrna beverage warehouse for $99. — 5 months ago

93 that leans into 94 and will see another point or two with 10 years in bottle.
Sofia and I used to go to their futures luncheon for many years. This vineyard consistently yields fruit that makes one of their best Cabernet’s.
It’s lush as it enters and falls onto dry, meaty tannins. Blackberries, creamy black raspberries, black plum with skin, dark cherries & purple fruits. Dry crushed rocks, dry top soil, limestone & volcanic minerals, moist clay, dry tobacco, new, raw leather, still very woody, mixed mid & dark berry cola, plenty of baking spices-clove, nutmeg, cinnamon & vanilla, dark spices with some heat, some dry herbs, dark melted, chocolate, cocoa powder, caramel notes, bright, fresh & candied florals that are dark, red, blue and framed in violets & lavender, ver nice round acidity with a highly structured, tensioned, well balanced and polished finish that lasts 90 seconds but still lands squarely on wood. — 2 months ago
Alot brighter and better balanced than most CA zinfandel. Distinct strawberry and raspberry notes. Tangy. 14% ABV. — 3 months ago
1st wine of the new year and had to open something fun. Of course, enjoyed with its classic pairing of chicken wings 😉
1.5 hour decant(minimal fine/cloudy sediment). A stunning dark purplish magenta color. On the nose: brambly red berries, herbaceous, wet forest floor, graphite, floral. Taste: silky, soft, juicy, layered beautiful mouthfeel wine with red plum, dark chocolate, dried herbs, touch of spice and a cedar espresso captivating long finish. YUM! — 4 months ago

Short decant and definitely drinking young. Needs age as it was up to par with other bottles/vintages. Tannins definitely present and fruit was restrained. Still great though! — a month ago
