That nicely aged Chablis with rounded edges — 5 months ago
Random final grab from the Cheese Shoppe. Zippy but balanced, like lemon with cream or jizzing in your pants. Went well with salmon and also just trying to look on the bright side. — 21 days ago
Ripe fruit and while there is oak present it wasn’t overbearing. Acid held everything together. — 3 months ago
Nose is apple. Nearly lemonade tart on the palate. Grippy texture. Finishes floral. Started to lose some potency after 90ish min. — 8 months ago
A little more open than my last bottle a year ago. Love the pure granitic stanky minerality on the nose. Some dark, tight, bright berry fruit and a spritz of pink grapefruit rind. So soft and gulpable in the mouth. Flavors veering more to the savory, stony side than fruity. — 9 months ago
Just hanging in there with oxidation showing! Still, pairing well with fish dinner. — a month ago
Vintage 2018 | what a difference a day makes… the weather… the food… the company… perhaps this is my last bottle, thought I needed to drink up… but today paired with a mussel potato salad this wine is vibrant… smell of lychees, citrus and some vanilla. Tastes well, juicy. So happy… my wife and I drank the bottle -except a glass that went with the mussels - all at once. — 3 months ago
Lovely redfruit aromas and flavors, this is much more youthful than the Ducroux, very fine acidity, this will last another 3-5 years, but I’m pretty sure this is last bottle, it’s amazing how good aged Cru Beaujolais can be, long, lingering finish!! — 6 months ago
