So glad our impressions from the tasting at the Lytton Springs tasting room was borne out over a year later. You probably haven’t had a #chardonnay like this. This vintage has a distinctive green curry leaf (Bergera koenigii) aroma, backed by dried pineapple, toasted almonds. There’s some weight on the palate, stone fruit, pear and hints of vanilla. Beautifully complex and paired wonderfully with heirloom Mexican corn tortilla tacos. #ridgevineyards — 6 months ago
Light bodied but had some tannin hiding in the back. Wonder if they did some whole cluster fermentation. — 8 months ago

Must love roasted veggies. But this has shed some of its oak and youthful reduction. In a good spot with another 5-10 years of interest. — 5 months ago
I keep opening these too young. This has to be my favorite ceritas chard bottling. All the GC Chablis comparisons are spot on. Nose has candied lemon and tangerine, seashell, flint, and a kind of musty maritime quality. Bracingly acidic and saline. Begs for raw bar. Should continue to deepen with time. I think I have one more and will try not to touch for another 3-5 years — 2 years ago

Fabulous CA pinot, aged well and enjoyed
immensely. — 5 months ago
Honeydew melon and pineapple everywhere.. broad and expansive on the mid-palate. Moderate and honied sweetness is tucked in with complementary acidity. A beauty. — 6 months ago
2nd wedding anniversary wine! Bought in our honeymoon in July of 2022 and saved for today! This in a has aged beautifully, with a nose that’s just starting to hint at age, but still pushes forward balance between fruit like black cherries, fresh plums and velvety notes of rose, and some musty mushroomy forest floor. The color is like deep, perfect rose, amazingly big flavor for being so low abv. The acidity is still there but definitely subsiding, and being replaced with some spicieness, dark cherry, hints of licorice, robitussen, rose water, fresh olive oil, even a bit of balsamic! — 10 months ago
