Lovely mushroom emerges within a lovely and gracefully aged malbec showing appropriate raisination. Tulip, violet, hibiscus and rosemary-beef; bllackberry and cocoa, cracked pepper. Dense coloration just brimming on brick. Concentrated plum and cinnamon collide with tobacco, cedar and savory as well as slightly sour cherry and roobios.

Touch of very old balsamic on the nose is tucked deep inside coffe rye, sage, loose tobacco, dried strawberry, black cherry, African violet and rosemary rubbed, grilled rack. Dark chocolate, espresso, dried violet, maduro tobacco, blackberry, cassis, and black pepper. Alive and well with great density despite melding smoothness and tannin integration. In a very sweet spot now!

Inky black with cassis, black currant and blackberry. Black pepper and lavender with a whiff of smoke and graphite. Plum and vine charcoal give a softness to the tannin which is amazingly strong. Graphite shimmers through dark cocoa, cedar and pepper. Lovely and lively.

Grippy, grainy tannins awash in tart black cherry, cinnamon and savory. Young and green with tight tart edges, but open just enough to appreciated the complexities. Underrated sleeper vintage that just might come together. Finish is obfuscated at this juncture. Espresso is my guess, though!

Gorgeous color of deep purple, without variation, earthy nose of mushroom-loam, grilled duck breast, black cherry both dried and ripe, crushed violets, brown sugar and brown bread.
