Delicious. Subtle passion fruit and mineral — 4 months ago
Excellent mature balanced Cab Franc without that peppery greenness coming on. Long finish. — 2 months ago
Getting ahead with some research off to Saumur/Loire Vallée, this little Saumur Champigny punches above it's weight, up there with mid level burgundy, climate change has done well for Cab Francs, Pinot Noir from Loire Vallée. Well structured, light but with a bit of depth, berries galore, bio organic too! — 8 months ago
Dry honey, waxy, interesting, just looking for a lil more concentration — 3 months ago
Citrus, green apple. Lemon peel. Medium plus acid. Goes soooo well with seafood. — 3 months ago

Vintage 2015 | From 50+ years old Chenin Blanc grown on Schist. Modest colour not giving away the age of the wine. A bit shy in smell, the characteristics are all here: hay, minerals, hints of honey. Quite powerful taste, I’d say for acquired tasters, good balance with a lot of bitters. As beautiful as difficult. 🫶 — 14 days ago
