Beautiful Loire Cabernet Franc, just a touch of green in the fruit, but with that cool climate feel, long finish, terrific wine, thanks to Eric Texier for telling us (my wine group) that Lenoir was making great Cab Franc!!

Jan 23rd, 2017Classic Loire Cab Franc, medium-bodied, great structure, cherry aromas and flavors, but great structure underneath, this needs cellaring (5--15 years?), great length, proof that balance beats power!!
