Decant your white burgs! This improved so much with air. There’s such power and verve with incredible depth and seamlessness of its layered Chablisen minerality, with buttercream, roasted hazelnuts and an ocean spray-like salinity. It’s texturally captivating, wrapping around the palate with killer density without weight. Racy acids balance its richness and secondary nuttiness and it finishes forever. Excellent. — 19 days ago
First bottle corked. Luckily able to pull another from the cellar to compare. What a difference! Great learning when you can compare. Black cherry, smooth, decent acidity, very soft tannins. First bottle was wet cardboard. — an hour ago

Lovely bottle. Gained weight and complexity during the evening. — 2 months ago
2016 vintage. Decanted (with little sed) and tasted after 1.5 hours and 3 hours. Medium body. In a state of transition currently. Holding back a bit and has lost that tail-wagging exuberance along with some of the supple qualities of youth. Feel like this wine is on a side quest and will return to the fold in the next 3-5 years. 10.11.25. — 19 days ago
Impressively knit and proudly firm. A rare treat that is magically sound and correct. An ambivalence insists it has some years left. Scary. — a month ago

stunning nose. Plush plum and black cherry. Roses and spice. Velvet and silk- a plush long mouthfeel. Haunting and resolved. Still young but great now. — 14 days ago
