I tasted this same 2010 about a year ago and wondered it would improve with further aging. I think the answer is yes.
This time around it shows more layered profile, with bruised apple, honeysuckle, beeswax, citrus peel, and wet stone leading the nose. The palate is broad and textured. Acidity has shaved off some hard edges, yet remains focus and intense. Engaging long finish. — 10 months ago

14.5%. 🍎 apples, ripe, a big wine. Really well done yet over the top for me. Apple pie. A fantastic wine for asian food! I had a hard time with this one! On one side I was smitten and on the other side I was wondering what could this wine be with this quality grape material picked earlier and therefore less alcohol and more elegance? — 7 months ago
Pretty remarkable. I’ve never been able to try an old one of these before, but I’ve always understood. They aged like champs and this thing was crazy. It tasted and looked like it could’ve been bottled last week. If you have any that have been well stored there’s absolutely no rush. — 8 months ago
Incredible as always — 10 months ago
Pale lemon with scents of sweet citrus notes, underripe mango, pear, pineapple core and honeysuckle form the nose of this light white. The palate is round and a little heavy in feel at first, medium acidity, hints of citrus and honey lifts the wine to a medium finish with a mineral character. — 4 years ago
Nice citrus bright and delicious — 10 years ago
Crisp and delicious as always. Mineral, light footed acid and bright fruit — 11 years ago

Très belle bouteille, frais, équilibre, plein de gourmandises.... — 13 years ago
This was fantastic honey, apple, waxy, and mineral all for less than 20 dollars — 8 months ago
Perfectly balanced. Subbed with hot smoked salmon, which otherwise is hard to pair with. I cannot remember a better white wine. $47. — 9 months ago
Well balanced flowery and citrusy. The after taste is minerally and caramaly and develops for a while. — 10 months ago
So fresh and so crisp — 10 years ago
Clean and crisp chenin from a great producer — 11 years ago
2010, Domaine AuxMoines, Savennieres- Roche Aux Moines, Chenin Blanc. Tart apple, pear and a little Myer's lemon. Acid and minerality. 14.5 alcohol but so well balanced I didn't notice. A hint of oxidation but a wine that I will definitely buy again. — 12 years ago

Amazing freshness with the 20+ age, spicy nose, pure minerality.
Hints of beeswax, shy quince, salty rocks, the purity here is just insane.
On the palate this hits with brilliant acidity (not far from Fino!), paired with spicy minerality and barely a hint of apples sprinkled with fleur de sel. Great depth and amazing electric tension.
This is brilliant! I am blown away. Wowza! — 7 months ago
