A balanced albeit a lighter brunello that was a good partner with a steakhouse visit! Good value for money. — a month ago
Floral on the nose with plenty of vanilla, creaminess, and bright apple, pear, and light citrus on the palette. Good minerality and acidity. — 4 days ago
Amazing balance between the acidity and the residual sugar making the wine perfectly balance and enjoyable. Dried apricots, honey, white flowers etc etc — a month ago
Rich black and red fruit that are surprisingly bright. Lots of tertiary notes of spice, mushrooms, forest floor and muted vanilla. Drinking fantastically well right now. — 4 months ago
Having said I would not drink another over-ripe zin, I found this artisan primitivo from the hillsides of Puglia well worth the experience! Blackberries and blueberries with a touch of well integrated oak, black pepper, and chocolate along with the 15.5 ABV. Remarkably balanced. Bartolo only produces a max of 3000 per vintage - none exported to the USA. — a month ago
A perfect complement to osso bucco and fish soup! Rich red fruit with good structure - M tannins and M+ acidity. Very enjoyable. — a month ago

Unbelievably alive with dark red and black fruit, pepper, baking spices, vanilla, cedar and a lovely overall balance! In the glass I it smells like Christmas… — 3 days ago
