A nicely aged wine at its pinnacle. Smooth, integrated tannins with dark fruit and leather. Good acidity but still pleasing without food. Some whisps of smoke on the backend. — 5 days ago
Opened a stray 375 I’ve had in my cellar for a while. Nice nose but a small amount of cork taint seems to be present. Fruit flavors are suppressed rather than oxidized. Acidity is low; tannins are soft and omnipresent on the finish. I fear this may just be a bad bottle. — 7 days ago
Still very tannic bit with good acidity. Candied red fruit - not tertiary notes yet. — 3 days ago
A classic example of how a wine evolves with an hour or so in the glass! Great acidity, dried fruit on the nose and velvety tannins. I loved this wine at release and am delighted how it evolved. Bright red fruit notes - but subdued. — 4 days ago
Nice nose with red fruit on the palette. Good acidity and soft tannins. Very nice tasting but near the end of its pinnacle. — 7 days ago
Tart apple and stones in a glass. Lovely start to a dinner! — 3 days ago
Deep gold in color. Lower acidity than expected. Lots of white stone fruit and sweetness with some biscuit on the palette. Great complement to Brie. For the vintage and the producer a little underwhelming. — 4 days ago
Darker fruit and smoke, lower acidity and beautiful tannins. Still a young wine. — 7 days ago
Beautiful nose! Fruit is largely expired but the tannins persist and are much softer than typical Cabernet tannins. Drink this soon! — 14 days ago

Deep garnet in color with a nice bouquet of mint and an old closet! Eucalyptus and herbaceous notes support dry blackberry brambles amid nicely evolved tannic structure. This wine remains at its peak of expression. — 8 hours ago
