Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay 2022

In southern Burgundy, at the northern border of Beaujolais, lies the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation. Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and vanilla oak. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value! — 12 days ago

Cristal Brut Champagne Chardonnay Pinot Noir Blend 2002

No formal notes. Quite rich and full . Buttered pastry , candied lemon peel and brioche notes . On the palate again rich and full with the pastry , buttery notes . Good length and balanced acidity . Drink now and over the next 15 years — 3 hours ago

Great stuff. Met all expectations and more. Full span of fruit, spices and more, with an everlasting finish. Just hope I could find other bottles on shelves. — 10 days ago

At Vietnamese with Willie. Blew him away as to middle of the road medium in all aspects and very drinkable. Great with the food — 11 days ago

Vintage Champagne Blend 2015

The 4th wine at the Louis Roederer dinner at the Downs Club on Friday night. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Interestingly the Pinot vineyards are south facing and the Chardonnay vineyards are north facing. The Pinot asserts itself in the aroma with red fruits with yellow fruits from the Chardonnay. The palate incorporates these aromatics and is fresh, exhibiting power and energy. A great future here and already mouthwatering. — 5 days ago
