This was a nice pour out of 9L served up by their Winemaker, Trevor Durling. He and his team are a great group of people.
Really excellent evolution. Classic Private Reserve George Latour style. Fine, dark tarry tannins, dark cassis, wet clay, sandalwood, used tobacco, light herbaceous notes, understated lead pencil, some baking spices, dark spice, withering dark & red flowers, excellent round acidity, balance for days, soft structure & tension and an elegant, round, plush, velvety finish that close to two-minutes. — 23 days ago
Very good. A deep & intense nose: with plum, blackcurrant. A leather & smoke (palate). — 7 days ago
Bought at Wally’s @ Resort World. Big fan of this store. Great selection and not insane prices. With $50 cork fee pretty much everywhere in Vegas, very good option. I will say they don’t have many wines that are “ready” outside of the high end room.
Not rating yet as just popped in the room while watching women’s final. Heart says Iowa, bet says go SC. — 23 days ago
Better than my last btl showing pear, citrus, mineral, white flower with good acidity. — 19 days ago

Birth year Latour for our 700th wine on Delectable! Very mature but still with lots of life. Leather, graphite and earthy notes and still so much power. A great pleasure to drink! — 4 days ago
