Wow, I loved this wine. It evolved from nose, to approach, to mid-palette to a lovely long finish. There was a vibrant tension between the fruit and the acidity and the limestone underneath it all. And, basically, yum. — 8 months ago
Enjoyed it for Christmas 2022 for the aperitif with blinis caviar and scallops bacon — 2 years ago
Definitely needed some breathing time but turned out quite nice. Sour fruit, earthy. — 6 years ago
Nice, basic Loire Sav b. Juicy, some floral notes, peaches, little bitterness at the end. — 10 months ago
2021 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 45 minutes. Spicy, full nose with suggestions of power. Spices coming through in the flavors with this showing a medium-heavy body currently. Some great orange peel/zest in there as well. Intense and needing 3-5 years to loosen the death grip on your palate slightly. Can see this bumping up to a 9.4 in those next 3-5 years. 6.13.24. — a year ago
I love this wine. So good and so unique. Nose is so mineral. Hint of butter as well. Some smoke and flintiness as well. Palate is racy, rich and so pure. Great focus and length. So clean. This wine could get a stain out of a carpet. Superb freshness, concentration and purity. Long and sapid. — 2 years ago

You know you are drinking $400 plus a bottle Grand Cru Burgundy with the first sip. Is it worth it? If you have the money sure but, think you can find very good and near same quality for less money.
Another gorgeous 22. I know someone who has been going to Burgundy as a professional for 40 years that compared the 22 vintage to 59 and that is a huge statement that has the potential in time to prove itself out.
It is magic with the first sip. Perfect ripe and round. It is lush; Granny Smith apples, lime flesh w/ zest, lemon meringue, pineapple, green melon and white stone fruits. Honeysuckle, caramel, white cream froth, sea fossils & spray, beautiful chalky powder, limestone powder, biscuit, just a hint of mint leaf, field of spring flowers, yellow lilies framed in jasmine, perfect rainfall acidity and a round, elegant, lush, well balanced, well knitted finish that lasts minutes and fall on powdery mineral & white spice. — 9 months ago
Color: almost no color
Nose: light floural
Fruit: critic and hints of passion fruit
Herbal: none or not detectable
Wood: none or not detectable
Acidity: good freshness, integrated and not sharp
Alcohol: medium to light body, not hot at all
Overall: good length, well balanced — 2 years ago
Consistently great value grower pink bubbles. Very crisp and mineral, a bit austere at this point, a lot of the sumptuous fruit has faded to leave chalk, some cranberry, and red grapefruit peel and pith.
