Perfect burgh, strong perfume yet not overpowering on the palate, well aged, not a hint of acidity — 8 days ago
Excellent blend but surprisingly sparkly for the age - classic fruit forward nose but somewhat suppressed on the palate - not as regal as expected — a month ago
Excellent - about as full bodied a Chablis as you’re going to get - medium yellow color, refined nose, peach on the palate. Clean finish with no acidic turn. Bit of a guzzler actually — 4 days ago
This one had good bones but the slightest hint of vinegar on both the nose and palate - and the telltale orange rim in the glass. Drinkable but maybe just OTH and couldn’t measure up to the previous reds — 7 days ago
Stellar: bright, fully rounded, dark yellow tone, just this side of oxidized, full power burgh. Can’t believe it’s held up this long. — 8 days ago
Apparently Danely’s favorite WB, but this was to me “just another” Mersault - thin, maybe even minerally, not overly complex, lacking in body. The Chevalier earlier much more my jam. He said this needs 10 years - maybe - but I’d be worried you wait that long and it’s still thin — 6 days ago
Seriously pungent despite the age…this might be an all time CDP for me, reminds me of the best cote rotis in flavor and body, best of the reds this evening — 8 days ago
This is Henri Favier, not sure where Delectable is getting Denby. Anyway this is a superb rose champs, incredibly flavorful, maybe not subtle enough for a champs connoisseur but perfect for me. And it was a deal on WTSO — a month ago

Great examplar of the old school Barolo…decanted 90 mins….seriously pungent/truly gorgeous nose, more refined on the palate but lots of fruit, still a bit wooden/tannic - not offensively so but could probably mellow another 5 years. But very drinkable now, perfect with a heavy roast. Nose is so fragrant I could go around sniffing this all day — 3 days ago
