Out to dinner at a steakhouse and went with this for the table. Loving it 😍 still a bit fruity but flavorful. I know it’s still opening up but I’m liking the transition 🤩 — 9 months ago
combination of the richness that is typical of Ambonnay married to deep, expressive varietal Chardonnay fruit. Smoke, ash, and crushed rocks. Energetic, vibrant finish — 2 years ago
Consistently great value grower pink bubbles. Very crisp and mineral, a bit austere at this point, a lot of the sumptuous fruit has faded to leave chalk, some cranberry, and red grapefruit peel and pith.

Violets, blackberry, plum, iodine, earth, med + body, med + acidity. Tannins are fine, but still fairly assertive. A bit gamey, a bit rustic, paired very well with squab — 4 months ago
