Nose has that cola thing but man is this more floral and subdued but also super complex and unique. Deep florals. Violets for sure. Painfully beautiful. So unique. Dark dried roses. Blackberry flower. Ripe gooey blackberries. So elegant and so intense. It’s got this layered complexity to it that is just insane. This is elite Lembeger. Moric top level but without all the wood. Wow this is a 9.8 nose. So exciting. Palate is scary elegant but also with unreal high toned black fruits and crushingly pure and ultra clean. Whip clean! Man that nose is crazy! Unreal slippery palate with such sexy texture and juiciness. Unreal tiny berry fruit intensity and sapidity. Black fruits galore and cleansing mineral freshness in the finish. Elite! This is so intense yet weightless. @Delectable Wine this a new winery called just “Enderle” please correct. Thanks! — a year ago
Super juicy. Pinot Grigio. Clean and crisp not our Kombucha type - skin contact! Tannic and quite tart but man is this great stuff. Small pears the ones which used to grow on old forgotten trees. Touch Strawberries. 🍉 Watermelon. It is incredible hard to spit this wine. A class on its own. — a year ago
Surprisingly close in style to the JJ from Martin Woods. Sweet Pinot fruit and cherry 🍒 but perhaps with an edge more to morello cherries. Build towards a drink now Burgh. 13.5%. I must say in the end after trying gazillion of burghs, Oregon and Cali Pinots. And lots of wine from Baden. The German - Enderle & Moll Pinots are the only Pinot which can hold my interest for longer than any other producer in the world. — a year ago
This is what a lot of natty wines think they are — a year ago
Heugumber - Aka - Grasshopper in the local dialect spoken in the three corners area of Germany, France and Switzerland. Very juicy with fantastic aromatics reminiscent of a light Chardonnay. Hazelnut, minerals, crisp, just 11%. The Chasselat Grape is a very old Grape called Gutedel in Baden. World class really. Came in a suitcase from my friend Christoph to the US. Enderle & Moll make one as well I am looking forward to try their version. Essentially unknown in the US. — 3 years ago
A perfect Spätburgunder from Baden — the closest a German Pinot Noir has tasted to Burgundy, and an excellent value at ~$40 a bottle.
Classic Pinot noir flavors of cherry, raspberry, and earth. — 5 months ago
39$. Besides Enderle & Molls Pinot based Rosé for less $$$ - this is one of the best on the the planet. But 39$. Yet worth it. Dense, dark, almost like a Pinot, tannic, Rasberries, Strawberries, Cherry, Melon, Basil comes to mind???? may be. The 2023 is very very fruit driven - what a wine. From Max Kogod. He is a little more expensive but has unique stuff. — 8 months ago
No funk whatsoever the orange wines of E&M all rock. — a year ago
Very old vines! Kerner from E&M. Cellar tasting in May 2024. This grape is a cross between Schiava & Riesling - And voilà 💥finally a riesling like wine from E&M. I asked for something like this for years!
Very aromatic, skin contact but crisp and clean with no funk, white peach, meyer-lemon, rose apple. — a year ago
Tangy, my guess blind was an Enderle & Moll. — a year ago
🍒, rasberries, lime, plenty of tannins left, really well made, essentially like a red burgh at a much better price. In my quest to move on from the overpriced burgs this is a clear winner. Not like an Enderle & Moll they just have an additional twist to their Black Forest Wines. But as a Burgh killer oh yes. 13.2% only! — 2 years ago
A big wine. Sells for 60 Euros which is steep and at 14,5% it clocks in. Cherry, non offensive and just too nice. For sure a Pinot on the top of its game. But for me it does not really provide a sense of place like for example the ones from Enderle & Moll. — 3 years ago
14.5% essentially a California fruit bomb in French clothing. They are really loosing it the French. Cherry over the top. May be this will loose its fruit over time. Now I am not impressed especially vis-a-vis the 2019 Liaison Enderle & Moll. May be this had to be done with the high taxes imposed in the Trump era. — 3 years ago
THIS Is NOT ENDERLE and MOLL. It’s Domaine Seven Endele.
Nose: incredibly dense. Cherry. Spice. Dark lilacs. Quite penetrating. Alluring is the word. Hints of pink roses.
Palate: dense cherries. Cherry spice. Maybe a hint of cherry y cough syrup. Savory. Some elegant richness. Maybe a mere hint of stem. As this opens silky texture.
Some dark cherry licorice on the finish.
A bit tight. Better in 2 years or with a decant.
12.5%. Hard to believe is. — 6 months ago
The Weissburgunder now. Nose is so Weiss. Creamy, citrus, spices, apple, apple skins, white peach and some nice earthy leaves. Tree bark as well. Palate is richer and creamier than the Skins but has that 21 acidity and stoicism. Textured, juicy and very very long with great sap and awesome citrus and stone fruits that echo for ages on the finish. Nose has some slight honeyed notes and beeswax. Wow this is intense and has so much energy. Clean like the Skins and more like a normal wine but also has 30% natural character and wow that finish is amazing. The nose has hints of classic white burg aromas like wet dog and wet earth as it airs. And that spice really kicks it up a notch after air. With air this is now scary elegant and like the name suggests it’s very sphere like. Wow. — a year ago
This is INSANE. Look at that color. Lovely nose that is deep, ethereal and penetrating. Spice, flowers and wow what lift. 9.8 nose. Wow wow wow. Wet earth, wilted roses, cranberry bog and more. This is so ephemeral and penetrating. Oolong tea and just so much more but it is round and so detailed and friendly and profound. Just sick. Palate is god tier. So sapid and elegant with ridiculous complexity and light as a feather but not lacking intensity by a long shot. Wow. Nose has tree bark, desiccated leaves and citrus rind now. Sweet, juicy, confectionary and concentrated but all above that it is wispy. Fruit is all red and reminds me of Enderle and Moll from back in the day. Man is this elegant and I cannot wait to see how this develops. Now after an hour this is ga great. Nose has insane, dizzying spice that is just unconscious. The palate is so sweet, so round, yet has mid season fruit levels of ripeness. The energy, linearity and focus are top notch. Insane sweetness and length. 9.6 to 9.7 after an hour. — a year ago
Gorgeous wine. This is just stellar. In 2-3 years this will be a 10. Herbs, oregano, orange rind, strawberry, plenty of acid, quite tannic, black currants, cranberries, lime, hint of plum. It was a warm vintage. For all the folks who had trouble with the 17’s. I hear you - might have been outliers. Ever since E&M really rocked. My 17’s big boys were for some reason actually pretty good and i plan to keep them for another 2-3 years or so. — 2 years ago
I’ve only experienced quality Spatburgunder with Enderle & Moll, so tasting this Savio Soares import ( in proper Pinot stemware) felt like another revelation. Peppery & fresh, but enough mid weight to accompany a burger & a green gazpacho, & enough layers & acidity to keep it interesting. Gorgeous. — 3 years ago

These E&M wines are just stupido! What do i mean by this? Popped opened. Joined 2 bottles into one because i was not convinced/unhappy. Got close to the sink. Then decided leave in the fridge for 2 weeks. And Voilà now quite awesome. Strawberries, tart, rhubarb, ….bark, more red than Rosé. Dark, complex, orange zest, dark cherry. Would age this 2-3 years. Revisit and then decide on even more cellar time. — 5 months ago
