Oct 3rd, 2019Loving this Pinot! Fruit married well with some gravel with some sassafras sprinkled over it. Need some time in the glass and decanter to show its true colors, but worth the wait.

From the March 2018 Shipment. A touch of Enderle & Moll from California but for more $. Only 13.1%. Chalky herbaceous nose. Tart cranberries, orange 🍊 rind and underripe raspberry. This will probably not gain a lot of weight in the future but lovely now if you into tart wines. The tartness will mellow out in a year or so and then this will be really elegant - A Calburg.
