One of the best Sauv. Blanc. Really recommend, great value for money! — 3 months ago
3.4. Nice Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Just the right. amount of tartness. Onbsale for$16.99. — a month ago
Very light gold color. Peaches, pineapple, flint, and lemongrass on the nose. This is more Sauv Blanc and Riesling than previous vintages, Less acidity too. Still good, just different from previous vintages I’ve had. Great depth and long finish. Love the complexity and uniqueness! — 2 months ago
Big floral nose, grape and light. On the palette it’s fruity, sweet and tart. The finish is slightly dry, but flavor dissipates and leaves you wanting the next sip. — 2 months ago
Crisp and citrus tones as expected. — a month ago
Smooth but welcomed acidic. Triangular. Stone fruit - more-so peach. Peppery with a hint of smoke on very end. Doesn’t overstay its welcome. If it was sweet it would a dessert. — 2 months ago
From Costco, and perhaps their best wine currently on the shelf. Zesty undertones to rich tree fruits, and perhaps stone fruit presence. Could drink this all day. — 2 months ago
Has a little brown toast note that is distinctive. Overall very nice and worthy of a graduation celebration. — 3 months ago
Grapefruit and can’t remember now, peach?, it was light summery and delicious. Great for bday sushi meal — a month ago
No formal notes . Medium lemon colour . Quite a lot of very fine bubbles still . Quite young in appearance. Elegant and relatively youthful with citrus , white flowers, baked pastry , good freshness with mineral, oyster shell notes. On the palate very high acidity , really marked by that taut profile but still enough creamy mouthfeel to make this very complete with a pastry , citrus and mineral focused finish . Very intense and long. Drinking perfectly now and over the next 5-10 years — 2 months ago
Fruity and Acidic. Ideal showcase of Malborough Sauvignon Blanc for Tara and Harrison. — 2 months ago
Where do I begin… this wine is stunning.
It is positively golden in color with concentrated notes of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, creme brûlée, dried apricot, yellow apple, peach, nectarine, yellow cherry, kumquat, baked quince, lemon curd, honeysuckle, butter cream, lavender,, dried herbs, fennel, beeswax, honey, chamomile, hazelnut, praline, honey, & wet stones…
It’s textured!!! Waxy & mouth coating, full bodied, round, & opulent.
Alcohol is high at 14.5% ABV — it’s warming but balanced and integrated with the deeply rooted flavors and elevated, vibrant acidity. Yum!!!!!
