Centre Club Dinner May 2024 — a month ago
Some days are better than others to pop a bottle of champagne and drink a toast. Today is one of those better days! Cheers! 🍾🥂
Excellent with roasted chicken & mash potatoes.
Meyer lemon, lemon meringue, lime w/ zest, red & green apples, hints of apple cider, kiwi, green melon, ginger ale, whipped cream, caramel notes, bread dough, yeasty notes, vanillin, alluvial limestone, sea spray, refined chalkiness, yellow lilies, spring flowers, round yet crisp acidity, well; balanced structured & tensioned. Elegant and smartly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds. From 375ml. — 15 days ago
Luminous, golden hue. The nose shows freshness and fruit with notes of lemon meringue pie followed by yellow fruit such as Mirabelle plums. Then, as the Champagne warms up, aromas of plums with slightly honeyed and toasted notes start to come through. The Champagne confirms its richness and volume. The Pinot Noir endows it with structure and depth. Hawthorn and white flower aromas fuse naturally together in a fine acidity sustained by citrus fruit. — 5 days ago

Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral and yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lemon citrus zest and floral notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and yeasty biscuit character. Pair this with shrimp cocktail. — a month ago

Beautiful and even elegant, which is a descriptor that not many Pinot Meunier’s often get. Lovely aromatics, incredible texture, great balance. — 11 days ago
