Apricot lemon and wet stone. Nicely balanced. — 2 months ago

A distinct shade of medium old gold with with persistent little bubbles. The nose is resplendent with apples of the green variety. An abundance of citrus scents along with yeast and a touch of nuttiness. Just a bit of smeared honey aromas goes a long way here.
Biodynamic and beautiful. Zero dosage and aged for six years, the strength here is balance and purity. Terroir driven and electric, this is an incisive and focused champagne. Composed of 85/15 Pinot Noir/Chardonnay and wonderfully dry. Lemons and dried herbs on the palate along with cherries and apples. Long and dry and lovely. — 2 months ago

2021 vintage. Excellent, entry-level producer into the vagaries of (red) Burgundy. Things only ramp up (SUBSTANTIALLY!!!) from here. 1er Cru juice in the bargain section. Focus, concentration, depth and subtlety all found within. Pick up a half-case or more for guilt-free, current pleasure. Underrated. — 2 days ago
