Somewhat interesting single #evangelhovineyard #carignan from Bedrock. This medium plus bodied red opens up pretty slow. After a couple of days in wine chiller, dusty black fruit, bruised plum, faint sweet tobacco notes. Initial push of savory character on palate, chocolate, blackberry, lots of acidity.
