Drinking in 2025. Has aged well. Beautiful and fragrant nose of dark cherries, tobacco, snd vanilla followed by spices and hints of herbs on the palate. Time has no doubt mellowed the tannins and transitions to a longish smooth finish. Acidity still present and will continue to age well. Suspect lower ratings reflect people drinking this wine young. — 2 months ago
Good pizza wine 🍕 at new Patsy’s spot in Gtown — 10 months ago
Well structured and balanced, it displays an iconic ruby/garnet appearance, followed by secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors of woodland herbs, dried fruits and nuts, plus flavorsome balsamic nuances, and interesting red fruit undertones.
Overall, quite elegant and refined; medium bodied, with ample acidity, dusty tannins and a long, satisfying finish. If you’ve got it, now is the time. — 2 months ago

Acidic, black pepper, funky, nice tannins, medium body. Really enjoy it! — 6 years ago
Very nice. A little more sophisticated than our usual Montepulciano. Incredibly smooth. Easy going easy drinking. Can’t wait for the pasta to be done — 2 months ago
Paired with Bolognese sauce. Nice wine with food. 2022 vintage - really should have been decanted first. Solid depth and good fruit. Tannins hit up front a bit too much. — 4 months ago
