This is aging very well. 6 more bottles of the 168 in the cellar and very much looking forward to how they will evolve. Right now the 168 is in a great place and the 2nd maturation flavors are beginning to appear. Floral, acidic, Krug, caramel - it’s all there. Early to drink, but much more to come — 4 months ago
