Popped and poured; enjoyed as an aperitif prior to dinner. The NV Brut Rosé pours a very pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, some brioche, lemon citrus and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The fruit is round in a good way. Balanced. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and chalky. This is a classy NV Rosé that’s easy for the wine nerd and the crowd to appreciate. Drink now. No disgorgement data. — a month ago
Burgundian notes, earthy but with notes of black fruit and even some strawberry. 1 hour decant definitely helped it open more. — 3 months ago
Deep rose color as a result of the maceration. Strawberry, raspberry, and yeasty notes. Nice acidity with long crisp finish. — 15 days ago
Medium Ruby color, purple hues, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral, herb and complex spice. On the palate flavors of tart cherry, plum and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, ripe fruit and warm floral tones. Very Nice! — 2 months ago
