Vintage 2022 | Curious combination of grapes bacchus, müller thurgau, silvaner and scheurebe from Franken Germany. But it works wonderful. A very consistent smell and taste with minerals, flint and a hint of sulfur. Bonedry and vibrant. Paired beautiful with several preparations of tomatoes and a crab croquette. Nose is so spicy. Glorious herbals and green veggies and flowers. Wet stones and as it airs it develops a perfume. Juicy, gentle and elegant with terrific finesse and an anise flavor to it that is wonderful. Long finish. Really compelling crushed rock complexity. Juicy and so clean. Energetic and also has a skeletal aspect. No extra fat and lean and friendly. — 2 months ago
