Bday day or as my soulmate calls it…bday month. After a nice morning walk, Four Season spa treatment, and now her fav restaurant I had to cap the afternoon with a delicious new Riesling. Definitely a 9+ bottle that has just the right crispness and sweetness…kinda like my sweetheart. Definitely need to get for the house. — 3 months ago
Green apples, slight honey and petrol. There is a sweetness to the acidity. It’s delicate. There is a slight wet creek rock meets little white wild flowers taste to it. I feel like I should be by a gently flowing river in spring that you would find in a Disney movie… maybe sitting in a canoe. I would pair this with a Pudelpointer, a water fowl retrieving dog from Germany. Both wine and dog are friendly, calm, and disciplined. — 7 months ago
2021 vintage.
The fish label.
Off dry Riesling with green apples, lime, chamomile and slate.
Snappy Mosel acidity with juicy citrus on the finish.
Great value for the money paid.

Blind, the first thing I noted was this is grown in a sunny place. Comes off semi-sweet but with a dry finish. Yellow stonefruit, exotic fruit and lime on the palate. Long finish, great wine. — 6 months ago

Mateo Sarah Anne visit and he’s a foodie and vino lover. Full just maturing Riesling with that petrol hay bread basket floral notes and lovely lively texture with penetrating finish. Risotto with scallops? No problem. — 2 months ago

Post holiday, plain vanilla Spatlese by Selbach. Damn. Just very pure, if Spatlese can be honest, this is. Dense & packed with flavor. — 8 days ago
