This wine has almost no coloring. Its nose is more herb-driven than mineral-driven, but there is a touch of wet sidewalk in the aromas. The palate is dry and rather flat, with only a hint of acidity. As with the smells, the flavors lean into the herbal side of the spectrum with enough minerals to make it a decent pair with shellfish. It is a pleasant enough wine, and for $7 I will not complain beyond this paragraph. I will, however, keep it in mind for when I need a dry white wine for cooking. — 3 months ago

A Muscadet that ages very well. Clean and acidic but with a warm glow at the end. Lots of flavour and interest at modest alcohol. We enjoyed with chicken and rice. Will buy again. — 7 months ago

Love this stuff: underrated varietal & Bossard is a master: pale straw colored, fresh citrus, salinity & minerals galore. This is a lean angular assassin. We had fish tacos - just fantastic. These are age-worthy so no hurry to drink — 22 days ago
