I don't know why I read other people's reviews when I'm posting. I think everyone who's commented on this wine have never had Pinot Grigio. I know that sounds demeaning ☹️
This wine is solid. Vibrant and acidic, with green apple, pear, and almond flavors. Gets better as it warms up.
And just so you know, I like the Ruffino better 😜 @Sharon B

Very nice. Lots of flavor. Smooth. Served too warm, but solid. — 3 years ago
Cherry. Spice, like anise and thyme. Chalky soil. Medium tannins. Medium plus finish. Medium plus perfume. Love Sangiovese but a little tight despite decanting — 4 years ago
Another solid vintage of this Umbrian blend of Trebbiano (locally called Procanico), Grechetto and Canaiolo Bianco. Light white gold color. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers and some fresh herbs. Flavors of green apples and pears, white peach and raw almonds. Medium length and brisk acidity with a subtle mineral note. Fruit forward, crisp and refreshing. Just a hint of RS. Thank you for sharing after the baptism, Chris B! — 11 days ago
Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of raspberries, balsamic, and wood smoke; on the palate, it's dry, with high acidity, high tannins, medium body, high alcohol, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of red currant, cherries, and clay pots with a long finish. This wine is balanced and complex. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. Nellie likes it too. — 24 days ago

Blend of Trebbiano and Grechetto with some additional local varieties blended in. Light white gold color. Aromas and flavors of yellow apples/pears, lemon, white flowers, raw almonds and a touch of wet limestone. Nice touch of saline on the long and lingering finish. Lovely creamy texture. Excellent structure and crisp acidity. Outstanding value! Thanks for sharing, Chris B! — 6 months ago

Surprised I've never rated this because I buy it often. I like it as it's cheap for cooking, and a bunch of it happily finds its way into my belly. This bottle has a bit of gasoline on the nose, but it is crisp and clean. Using it for shrimp pasta. A little for the shrimp, a little for me.
