v21. Very good! Butterscotch and Fusel oil nose. Bright apricot and lime zest fruit. Bright, oily, mineral finish. Enjoyable! — 3 months ago
Clear, pale lemon colour. Clean, pronounced floral bouquet. Dry, with high acidity and medium bodied. Intense flavours of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. Long finish with significant minerality. A very good wine that would no doubt be better after a few years.

Graceful as a ballet dancer—heady notes of yeasty and nutty roundness (think morning fresh baked bagel with almond and hazelnut) punctuated by the staccato of gently sour citrus (lemon, lime, citron, yuzu), balanced by minerals and delightful fizz. Drinks much younger than it is, so if you are lucky enough to have more of this ambrosia there’s no rush to empty out your cellar (20 is the new 10, as the Boomers would say). Enjoyed this gem at Hayato Restaurant in LA (best Kaiseki I’ve ever experienced) with my daughter Rachel and her friend Lindsay right after they finished taking the California Bar Exam. Best of luck, girls! — 16 days ago
Lime juice, apples, and then back to some kind of tart precise finish. Gorgeous — 3 months ago
Beautiful crisp lime finish with mineral and mild acidity — 6 months ago
No formal notes . Quite straw , pale lemon , green tinged . This is quite open , with citrus and petrol hints and , floral and oyster shell . On the palate this is quite creamy , with great drive and energy . Mineral , lime and citrus notes , very high acidity . Very long and detailed and though very young this is showing quite well . Even better in 10 years or so . — a month ago
Nose - salt and sea air and a little funk. Appearance - beautiful grapefruit color/fizzy pink lemonade appearance. Main tastes - drinks like a lime soda in the best way possible. Super duper drinkable, dangerously so ;) — 2 months ago
Slight yellow tint with an aroma explosion of jasmine, grapefruit, passion fruit, and lime. Slightest tartness. Really nice SB. — 6 months ago
