Probably my favorite Sangiovese so far.
Nose is expressive - cherry, plum, graphite, spice, lavender.
Tastes like cherry and dark fruit, minerals, tobacco.
Full bodied, rich and intense.
With age it probably will live up to the multiple 96+ professional reviews. — 18 days ago
2019 vintage. Open and breathe for 30-45 minutes. Excellent Tuscan blend, the Merlot and Cab integrate nicely with the Sangiovese. Cherry and blackberry flavors on the palette, fresh floral aromas on the nose. — 3 hours ago
Very sleek and smooth Sangiovese wine with Merlot as the background grape. Black cherry, some herbal elements and a medium finish that feel appropriate for this well made wine. — 9 days ago
Young supertuscany. Well balanced. Young but smooth tanins. — 14 days ago
Surprisingly youthful & vigorous for this age.
Dried cherries on the nose with some tobacco, turned earth, tomato leaf, a bit of leather & a touch of black tea. Enticing, complex, fresh.
On the palate this showed some energy! The tannins polished, smooth but still with quite a grip, the acidity shining, the fruit slowly fading but still there. Brilliant length and character. — a month ago

2020 vintage. Espresso crema galore. Front and middle 2/3rd's nice...back end/finish/last third just meh. Medium heavy body. 4.29.26. — 25 days ago
