Basket of fresh black and red fruits, smoky notes, roasted, charcoal, pepper, violet. The nose suggests a little residual sugar, except it will turn out to be very dry in the mouth. Supple and beautiful creaminess, the texture in the mouth is beautiful. Côte-Rôtie style. Superb for its price.
— 2 years ago

Spot on jasmine tea, creamy mango, honeysuckle, honey, and minerals. Good acidity sweetness balance. Not as concentrated or complex or textured as a top Condrieu but excellent for the price — 4 months ago

95% Syrah, 5% Viognier. Beautiful Rhône red. Quite intense with darker fruits and blueberries. Some meaty/iron notes, black pepper and green olive. Floral dried lavender from the Viognier. Lengthy finish with a gentle tannic grip. Hard to say if I like this better than Vernay’s Saint-Joseph. With John Prine’s Sweet Revenge (1st press) @Dave — 3 months ago
