We’ve been saving this 2004 for a special occasion. It was worth it. Smooth and a wonderful pairing with a Christmas Eve roast. — 4 months ago

First on the nose was ripe stone fruits, peach especially. On palate, some minerality comes through and the mouthfeel from time on lees is delicious and creamy. Very long and pleasant finish. — 4 years ago
Past prime but still very pleasant with a rack of lamb. Brownish edge pleasant dark fruit on the nose . Medium body modest fruit . — 5 years ago
Decanted separately two bottles for Christmas lunch
Took time to open and second showed benefit of longer time to open with notes of wood with earth, cassis, black cherry and a hint of earthy floor. Showed excellent performance and flavours that also possessed benefit of cellaring and results in tremendous length and finish.
Top notch and likely will develop further — 4 months ago

Blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc and 5% barrel-fermented Roussanne, pale lemon color with aromas of green and stone fruits with citrus and honey notes. On the palate flavors of apricot, apple, peach and pear, crisp with good balance of acid, still fresh and lively. The medium+ finish is tangy with smoky, nutty earthy ending. Good now, some age will benefit the wine! Nice! Be sure not to over chill as you will lose out on all of the complex flavors and aromas. — 4 months ago
Medium Ruby color with aromas of ripe black and red fruits and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of plums and ripe red berries with herb, licorice and pepper spice. Fine soft tannins with, medium+ finish ending with fruit, mushroom and earthy notes. — 5 months ago
Lovely chard. Great opening. Yes — 8 months ago
On the tail end of its prime window, but still hitting. Like a mealy yellow apple, not quite browned. Has cider notes but plenty of acid in the mouth for vibrancy. Laser lemon cleaner with toasted oak becomes candied kumquat and sweet clementine.
Theres a lot of beautiful weight and texture and raw power that comes out to play as you let it warm. — 8 months ago
