Refreshing fruit and acidity — 4 months ago
Still very beautiful, in its advanced prime. Next time I have this I’ll target 10-15 years age. — 5 months ago

My continuing quest to taste as many 22 Burgundies as possible…
The nose is a little dull, but shows beautiful, floral & slightly candied red fruits. Dark cherries, cherries, strawberries, pomegranate syrup, raspberries and blueberry hues. Understated, dark, rich earth, very soft baking spices and dark, red, florals framed in violet potpourri.
The palate entry is wonderful. Ripe, juicy; dark cherries, cherries, strawberries, pomegranate reduction, raspberries and blueberry hues. Understated, dark, rich earth, baking spices-cinnamon stick, clove, light nutmeg vanillin, sandalwood to light cedar shavings, caramel, touch of toffee, dry tree bark w/ a touch of moss covered in sap, red & mid berry licorice/cola, dark, the red, florals framed in amazing violets are exquisite, perfect acidity with an elegant, balanced finish that lasts nearly two-minute.
92+ with a bit more time. It just lacks more depth for a higher score. But hard not to drink now. Good value here at $59.99.

Dark ruby (not translucent) color. Earthy aromas of mushroom, freshly tilled soil, and brown leaves. Interesting pallet that features black berry/raspberry fruit with hints of smoked herbs and spices. Touch of violet on the medium finish. Extremely smooth tannins and good balance. Solid effort. — 5 years ago
N: plush. Some graphite
P: early season cherry. Grippy. Long. Delicious.

Súper! Not too sweet. Approachable at any time. — 5 years ago
Established in the village of Marsannay in the 1960's by Bernard Coillot, father of owner Christophe Coillot. Deep Ruby red color with aromas of berry fruit and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with notes of fig, mushroom and spice. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy mineral character. Very Nice! — 3 months ago
Pierre's recommendation (sommelier at restaurant) and it's so lovely! — 5 months ago
At Cindy David’s NYE shabu dinner. Perfect nicely aged Burg with all that autumnal forest notes. — 5 months ago
Loved this in a magnum. Tart cherry, earth, and red fruit galore. This is everything Pinot should be. Damn near perfection — 8 months ago
